The Reveal Crossword: "World Cup Fever"

Happy Friday, Revealers!

I am one of those sickos who spends far too much time every day doing various puzzles and quizzes and word games, and I've developed a particular passion for crosswords on sites like the NYT, Slate, Washington Post, Vulture, etc. Over the past few months, I've been using Crosshare to experiment in crossword construction, with the goal of creating themed crosswords for the sort of cinephiles that subscribe to The Reveal. After running a couple Minis and Midis through some trusted friends and The Reveal's paid subscriber Discord, I got ambitious this week and completed my first full 15x15 grid, which is embedded below. Though the puzzle is themed around the World Cup action that's currently captivating me and so many others, it was still designed with Revealers in mind and I hope you find it challenging and fun. And please let me know if there are flaws in the construction– I'm still new at this and criticism will help me improve over time.
